Lockhart, TX
Lockhart—it’s the L in LTX. We love our hometown so much that we put in our logo. A place in Caldwell County, Texas where small-town charm still exists and the cookie cutters have all been thrown out. Lockhart is seeping in history and embracing originality at every turn, and that’s why the new home community of Moxie is the perfect fit.
Open spaces + natural connections
A pathway of open space drives the Moxie layout. Homes with front porch views, walking trails, and onsite schools along major greenways contribute to the walkability and connectivity of the community. Moxie will bring back to life previously buried watercourse, helping relieve the pressure on overburdened stormwater and sewer systems, while also providing habitats for wildlife. An estimated 20% of the community will be dedicated to parks and open space.
